Marilena Maragkou

margkouMarilena Maragkou is the Project Manager of the Laboratory of Educational Policy, Research, Development and Interuniversity Cooperation (ERDIC). She holds a BA in Management and Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a MsC in International Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She completed her Master Thesis on the topic of “University-Business Collaboration: Collaboration and Commercialization of R&D results in Europe” at the Muenster University of Applied Sciences as an Erasmus Student. After the completion of her Master Thesis she started working at the Science to Business Marketing Research Center (S2BMRC) of the Munster University of Applied Sciences in Germany from 2012 till 2013 as a marketing research assistant and staff member of various European and International programmes.

Marilena, was the Project Manager of the Jean Monnet project “Universities4EU” 2014-16 and pro bono support member of the Jean Monnet programs; "YouthActiv" 2013-14 and "EuropeStARTS" 2013-14, that were implemented by the department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus. She was also working at ASSET Ltd as Project Manager in the ERASMUS+ project "Invest in Innovation" 2014-2016.

Panagiotis Kyrillos

kyrillosPanagiotis Kyrillos is a staff member at the projects that the Laboratory of Education Policy, Research, Development and Interuniversity Cooperation (ERDIC) supports and administers. The development and the administration of digital systems (educational e-platforms, websites and programmes of internal communication) and multimedia tools are his focus areas at the Laboratory.

Panagiotis is an undergraduate student of the department of Digital Systems, University of Piraeus. He has developed, the e-platform of ERDIC Laboratory which supports the e-class of the Master program “International and European Policies in Education, Training and Research”, the website of the Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus and the computer application of the Jean Monnet project «Universities4EU» 2014-16.

Panagiota Kottou

kottouPanagiota Kottou, is the Project Manager of the program “Teacher4Europe 2016-17” on behalf of the Laboratory of Education Policy Research, Development and Interuniversity Cooperation (ERDIC) and staff member at the projects, that ERDIC Laboratory supports and administers.

She is a master student in the program “Digital Systems and Services” with specialization on “e-learning” at the Department of Digital Systems, University of Piraeus. She holds a BA in Cultural Technology and Communication from the University of Aegean with a specialization in modern museology.

She worked as a Museum Educator Intern at the Hellenic Cultural Center. She has organised (pro bono) educational programs and cultural events at the public library of Heraklion and she was working as Museum Educator at the Historical Museum of Crete (2013-14).

Panagiota, was working as a staff member at the European Jean Monnet project "Universities4EU” 2014-16 and as a trainer at the workshop "Digital Museum" of the European Jean Monnet project “Europe through Art and Simulation (EuropeStARTS)”, that were both implemented by the department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus.”

Eleftheria Markozani

markozaniEleftheria Markozani is holding a Bachelor degree of International and European Studies and a Master degree on History of International Relations as well as being in the process of acquiring her second Master in European affairs with a specialization in International Cultural Strategies, Eleftheria Markozani has a directly related educational background with the European programs.

During her studies, she has been occupied with several international and European issues such as the EU integration of Southeast Europe, the Political Islam, and the International relations of Culture and European affairs. She is adept in organizing cultural, scientific and educational events and projects, as well as promoting the public engagement of the projects in which she is involved. She is also experienced in editing administrative, scientific and public reports and books.

Moreover, she has a profound knowledge of EU institutions and public policies which she deepened during her internship in the Office of European Parliament in Athens. Finally, her scientific research interests include the European affairs in all of their extent. Her research skills and scientific focus are indicated in her recent publication for the Illegal Immigration and European Policy in the European Centre of Excellence Jean Monnet (University of Athens) with which she is establishing a relation as an active researcher.
